Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had their christening for baby Archie on July 6, 2019. And absent from the event were the Queen and Prince Philip. And absent from the event was the Queen and Prince Philip.
They are believed to currently be in Sandringham together, according to people.
The outlet also reports that Queen Elizabeth was probably not there due to her busy schedule.
It’s also important to note that Meghan Markle also didn’t attend Prince Louis’ christening. Prince Philip, for his part, has retired from public life and doesn’t go out to many events anymore.
They weren’t the only people who had other obligations. Meghan’s pal Serena Williams spoke out and revealed she couldn’t attend the event due to her own work obligations. But she did say that the “suits” star was very understanding.
