In these times of quarantine, it is appreciated to find multiplayer games, complete RPGs and other titles that evade us from reality and entertain us while we are in our homes and residences. It seems that PlayStation Japan has taken note because according to Gematsu, an attractive and much-played title is available completely free of charge on the PlayStation Store in that region. It is no more and no less than Monster Hunter: World, the vast and extensive RPG from Capcom’s renowned monster-hunting saga. Some users and media have discovered that this game is available for free to all subscribers of PS Plus, PlayStation’s online service.
If you are subscribed to PS Plus and have an account in the Store of Japan and Indonesia you can download Monster Hunter: World for PS4 for free. At the moment it has not appeared in stores in other regions, although you will be pleased to know that the game is available in English, in addition to Chinese, Korean and Japanese.
In the last hours, the community has asked hype and Capcom and PlayStation to make this promotion effective for all the regions of PS Plus and PS Store, which would undoubtedly provide great entertainment in these difficult weeks. The Monster Hunter World community would grow enormously and everyone would benefit.
In addition to being available for free on the PlayStation Store in Japan, Indonesian PS Plus members can also enjoy Capcom’s RPG as it appears among the service offerings in that region.
Hopefully, PlayStation will offer this free Monster Hunter: World promotion for all regions, so we are waiting. The Xbox One can now play this game for absolutely free, thanks to the Xbox Game Pass service.
